Villas Nizuc is a luxurious, private, 32 unit, attached townhouse condominium, right on the main beach in Cancun, Mexico. It is beautifully landscaped with 2 swimming pools and views of the Caribbean from everywhere. Villa #26 is fully furnished and equipped with independent air-conditioning zones for all three of its levels. The villa has three completely private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. A kitchen dining room, living room and half-bath make up the main living area. There is also a balcony off the master bedroom and a patio off the living room with magnificent beach views. Our maid comes in every day but Sunday to make beds, do laundry, clear and wash dishes and generally clean up and keep the villa in good order. Cooking and child care by special arrangement only. There is 24 hours security protection for the villas. 

There are telephones for your convenience in the villa. We also have Cable TV with many American channels, VCR, stereo/CD/player (bring your own CDs, or VCR tapes), a small book collection and various games for your use. A washing machine and dryer, large refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice-maker, gas stove and oven, outdoor gas barbecue grill, electric coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave oven and blender are all part of the villas amenities. Dishes, towels, linens, etc. are all provided as well. 

Villas Nizuc is about a 15-minute, easy ride from the airport.

We are within walking distance of excellent snorkeling and a short ride from Wet and Wild, golf and tennis. We are within an easy ride of hundreds of restaurants, great shopping and all of Cancun's attractions. We are within easy driving distance of many archeological sites.

Policies
Check in 3:00 PM. Checkout is 12:00 PM. Please check with us to make any other arrangements. High season rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday. Maximum 6 person occupancy, except by special agreement.
Two nights deposit is required for each week or part of a week that you rent. We must receive your deposit asap after you book your dates. No security deposit is required. Balance of rental costs is due 30 days Before your first night stay
